The PC-1 of Central Health Establishments is formulated to implement IHR-2005 by increasing the core capacities to deal with Public Health Emergencies at all points of Entries as by Annex (b) IHR.

This PC-1 is based on the gaps & issues identified by Joint External Evaluation carried out in 2016 and internal amount of department in 2018.
